Presidential Officer System — Who Buffs What

Application mechanics, role buffs, and why you want a warm seat every week.

The Presidential system runs on your server. Whoever holds each role gives everyone on the server a buff — and you can be appointed even if you are not the top spender. Knowing which roles are worth applying for (and when) saves real time.

How to get a seat

  1. Requirement: Base Level 16 or higher.
  2. Apply for one role — you can only hold one at a time.
  3. Wait 30 minutes between applications if you need to switch.
  4. If the President / VP approves (or the role auto-queues, up to 50 in line), you get the seat.

Best roles to aim for

  • Development — +50% construction speed, +25% research speed. Massive on Tuesday/Wednesday VS.
  • Science — +50% research speed, +25% construction speed. Mirror of Development; grab whichever is open.
  • Interior — +100% resource production across food, iron, and coin. Useful on Monday/Saturday when gathering scores.
  • Strategy — +20% hospital capacity and healing speed. Worth grabbing during SvS or Desert Storm.
  • Defense — +20% training speed and limit. Bigger on Friday Total Mobilization.
